Review: October **,2013 I took two pairs of boots one black pair and one orange pair to Pitkin Shoe Repair to have lifts put on them, Wednesday October **, 2013 I wore the black pair both lifts came off I had to walk around all day with no lifts from 7:30am in the morning until 5pm after I got off from work I called the number which was on the business card to speak with someone about what happen but my call went to a fax machine when I got home the heel on the left boot had chip off due to no lifts and me walking on the shoe with no lifts in new york city streets, Saturday November *, 2013 I went to the shoe repair shop and explain to him what happen he inform me there was nothing he could do but only put a new lift but not repair my heel I explain to him how would that work the lift will not hold he said sorry I left very upset this is someone not take responsibilty for bad work which was done.Desired Settlement: I want my boot repair I want the heel replace if the lifts had not come and me walking around with it off for an entire day the heel would not have crack the lift was not put on correctlt or maybe he should have use a better quality.
