Bad experience. I received the machine and not able to use because it so complicated for me to operate. I called them several times but I could not any response except recording machine. I paid for the first bill they sent me in the meantime. When I finally get in touch to the real person I asked them to send me the document that prove that I had to pay them all year. Now they received the an used machine but they still want me to pay them or I will be in collection. I'm only asking the legality of their action and hopping to receive it from them. Pitney Bowes is one of the worse company I have been in counter. Poor communication and no one to answer me when I call them but not a problem when they call me to collect. I'm simply asking the legality, in writing , of the charges for the machine which never been use.
