Back in June of 2015, I had two transactions totaling $51.82.I have no idea who or what pitpaqs.com is which was why I could not come up with any hard evidence on what the transaction for $51.82 was with this pitpaqs.com to my bank.I have made disputes against this company, pitpaqs.com with Wells Fargo Claims Assistance Center where I have explained to their dispute assistant the same thing I am telling you now.I have made a further research into pitpaqs.com and realized that it is a website for a forum for complaints on why people were being charged for something. The website for pitpaqs.com also informed the searchers that it is a website for an online dating site. Then I became really confused because I have never joined an online dating site, especially where the organization asks for anyones credit card information.Desired SettlementMy desired resolution is a credit of %51.82 and a return of all the overdraft fees that have accumulated due to this unauthorized transaction. I had a total of 5 overdraft fees of $35.00 that totaled $175.00. This is a total of $226.82. Due to these unauthorized transactions, management at my apartment complex have given me a penalty fee of $50.00 added to my rent. This added fee is a penalty I will have to add to my rent forever unless I give management a reason why my check bounced.Business Response Hello,The pending $49.95 is a pre-authorization for a full access membership. This membership is already canceled. Please allow 7 business days for the pending $49.95 charge to not go through. We have refunded the $1.87. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for our billing processor to complete the refund transaction.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I do not accept this because the $49.95 charge where the organization claims it is a pre-authorization access membership which was cancelled, but the charges went through to my checking account which caused my account to overdraw. Though the organization says the charges did not go through, I was still overdrawn because of the charges.Final Business Response Hello,You will need to allow 7 business days for the pending $49.95 to not go through. There is nothing we can do to change the time frame of the 7 business days. Final Consumer Response I am still not satisfied with this decision. I have been charged $51.82 from unauthorized charges from Pitpaqs.com which I have not fully been compensated. Due to this erroneous charge from Pitpaqs.com, I have accumulated 4 overdraft fees of $35.00 for a total of $140.00 since dated on 06/12/15. I was told by Pitpaqs.com through Revdex.com.com that the company will credit my bank account in 5 business days on 10/15/15. It's been over 5 business days and I still haven't received a credit back from Pitpaqs.com for the charge of $51.82. Though Wells Fargo Bank has compensated me for some of the overdraw charges due to Pitpaqs.com, I am still not fully compensated. I believed representatives from Pitpaqs.com would have kept there word, especially after coming through Revdex.com.com. Please help.Thank You,[redacted]
