that if that did not take care of the problem she would allow me to once again change out the fuel pump. Put the original fuel pump back on the vehicle so I would be able to recover the new part and there would be no losses on either side. Mrs. [redacted] did not pay for said service and did not allow me said exchange of fuel pumps because she disposed of the original fuel pump and I never received payment for this job receipt #3955. I have the original and 2 copies of this receipt. Mrs. [redacted] has abused of my person, business, and privacy as she posted an announcement on an internet page with photos of an employee and name of my business and myself where I am offended and threats are made directed by Mrs. [redacted].
I was the one who actually told the consumer to file a complaint with the BAR or Revdex.com. I included his invoice that he signed where it shows that the consumer declined the diagnostic. So there was no way to really know what was wrong with the vehicle since he refused the diagnostic. He came in...
mentioning that he knew what was wrong with his car, and had the parts and coils that needed to be replaced. As you can see in the invoice the total amount was $100.00, not $350.00 so I do not owe him anything. I did what was asked of us from him. This whole issue has gotten way out of hand, where this consumer has threatened my life and has even tried to run me over.
