We were referred to [redacted] after another home inspector walked off the job because I was asking questionsIt turns out this was a good thing [redacted] provided a very thorough and detailed reportHe presented the report in a binder, with a detailed write up, explanations of his findings and recommendationsNot only that, but he took pictures of everything that he found and included high quality photos with his reportEach photo is labeled and organized, providing a very clean, easy to interpret analysis of the propertyThey are also numbered, and correspond with his detailed write up numericallyThis makes it very easy to view the picture and relate it to his findings and recommendationsI inspected the house myself, prior to [redacted] doing the official inspection, including the crawl space and attic areasHowever, he found many things that I overlookedI'm quite impressed with the work he's done for us10/
