It is unfortunate that this happened and we tried to work with Mr*** to resolve this situationWe have a nationwide affiliation with all of the Cottman Center, as well as through A.T.R.A., to help repair problems when our customers aren't near our locationI understand that Mr*** was not
willing to deal with our A.T.R.A affiliated shops closest to him based on there reputation so I did give him more additional shop names that were within miles of his home addressOne of those shops being Paul and Mikes Transmission (an A+ rated accredited Revdex.com Shop)Mr *** said that they were too far away and he elected to go out on his own and have the transmission rebuilt at a shop that would not honor the terms of our warrantyAs stated above, we gave Mr *** different locations that would honor the warranty and he chose not to use any of the shops. We give a warranty to our customers so if something does happen when they are not near our shop they will be taken care ofWe can not help it, if a customer chooses not to go to one of the shops that honor our warranty
