At.Revdex.comWe helped Mr [redacted] with insurance funds of We waved the deduct for him not to have any out of pocket money.Mr [redacted] asked us if we could install a metal roof for him although it cost alot more we agreed.We received of insurance draw for materials and ordered materials.We removed old roof changed out sqFt.decking for Mr.To make a long story short to my knowledge we were not complete at the time, I spoke to Mr [redacted] and told him I would not turn in final until I made sure the job was completed to his approval.We roof for a living and pride our selves on quality work at a fair price even if it cost us like this job.I will ask Mr [redacted] to reply to the Revdex.comhanks Leon P***

We received a call last summer about a leak around the satalite attachments we repaired the old sattalite at no charge because there are old shingles under satilite,we have no records of any call or calls since,this is the first we have heard of any problems,aithough the labor warranty has
lapsed we will repair any roof issues at no charge.We have no record of customer contacting us since satalite issue however we will repair roof issue within two hours.We pride our selves on our work,this is our lively hood and will not do anything to tarnish it.*** ***

Review: Pitt's company installed a new roof to my property in January 2014. Areas of the roof leaking water into the kitchen during rain. The patio overhead also leaks when it rains. Pitt came to repair the patio; leak not fixed properly and the patio still leaks to this day. This area now has mold growing inside the patio enclosure. Made several calls to Pitt; promised to come, but never showed up to do the needed repairs.Desired Settlement: Fix the leaks on the roof and patio overhead.

Review: All I want is what I asked for Mr Pitts is a very nice down to earth person and will help you any way its his helpers that didnt do a proper job. I HAD A Metal roof installed two days ago I paid $4500.00 in oct and they are just getting to me so I know they are busy.I didint want them to rush and thats what happen the metal is NOT STRAIT I WAS TOLD CAUSE MY HOUSE IS OLD AND IT IS CUT CROOKED AND ITS JAGGED IN SOME SPOTS.I DID ASK FOR MORE OF A OVER HANG IN THE FRONT AND SIDES OF THE HOUSE AND I HAVE 2 IN ONE SPOT AND 5 TO 6IN INABOUT ABOUT 4 FT DOWN ALL I WANT IS THIS FIXED RIGHT!!! I KNOW THEY HAD LOSS MONEY ON THE JOB I WAS TOLD BEFORE THEY STARTED THAT THIS PRICE WAS EVERYTHING MR PITTS SAID IT TAKES 10 MIN TO CHANGE OUT A ROTTEN BOARD HE SAID HE WOULD TAKE EXTRA CARE CAUSE IT TOOK SO LONG TO GET BACK TO US WELL ALL WE WANT IS THIS DONE RIGHT AND STRAIGHT PLEASE....

And the remainder was $3700.00Desired Settlement: I would like the roof straight and I would like my overhang and the bent panels removed also this is a brand ne roof
