Review: On 3/16/15, I dropped off cuckoo clock at [redacted] shop for repair and clerk gave me large decorative bird to keep at home and claim check [redacted]. I have called at least 20 times and stopped at shop.twice and viewed my clock hanging on wall behind counter. One time the owner answered call.and told me he was waiting for part to repair dancing girls but main part of clock with bird that chimes half and hour was working. Otherwise I leave message with clerk but do not receive call back. [redacted] shop is now closed and Mr.M[redacted] works from his home at [redacted].
If clock cannot be repaired, I want it returned. I offered to drive to home location and pick it up but clerk said owner would call and make arrangement but he has not. I previously had used this shop to have another cuckoo clock and a mantel clock repaired successfully.
I would appreciate your help as my calls have no effect on this problem.

ID [redacted]Clock is returned. When it was brought in I said that. One it would not be anytime soon. Two parts were probably not available and they are not. Three I would try to fix it when I had some down time. Mechanical Cuckoo Clocks are bad enough to repair but battery ones are a complete nightmare.David ** M[redacted]
