To whom it may concern:This is in response to the complaint ID# [redacted]. We sent out two emails, one dated 7-6-16 and one 7-31-16 informing the customer of the upcoming change to the pricing. I have attached these emails that were sent. These were sent with the recipients on BCC so I have also...

included a screenshot of the email list showing it was sent to this customer (we have blacked out other emails for privacy reasons). We have refunded the customer for $10.00 for the pricing change for 2 months and have reverted the price for this customer as well.Billing DepartmentEnd User Services, Inc.

Review: Company has almost doubled fees for user services WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.

After speaking to two employees, one being the manager both claimed notification was sent out via email in August. Neither could find nor resend this notification. One claimed there has only been about four to five consumers out of a thousand that never received the notification. They seemed disinterested that I checked my email so and deleted emails back to June and there wasn't a notification of the increase.Desired Settlement: Services provided at the initial charges before their claim of a price adjustment/notification.

[redacted] October 16, 2016 Good afternoon, After checking the correct dates Mr. F[redacted] had sent of the questionable emails; be mindful that the representatives from his company gave me incorrect dates that those notification emails were sent out. Upon viewing the billing department’s letter I checked my spam, trash and inbox I had only received one email dated July 31, 2016. Understanding the email addresses of other recipients had to be removed for privacy, I was able to see my email address listed. In response to your comment October 10th correspondence: “I enjoy the fact that the customer went to the Revdex.com rather than asking us about it.” I did ask two of your company representatives, one being a manager to forward a copy of the notification for me to view. One stated, “It was no longer available to view and that she would notify the “Higher ups” but, I most likely would not get a return call from “the owner of the company.” She stated again,” The emails could not be forwarded due to be deleted and that if I disputed the charges End User Services (EUS) would close my account.” I did not want my account to be closed but I did desire an explanation, therefore I contacted the Revdex.com to find out my options after I contacted my credit card company. I stressed to them also I didn’t want the account closed. Enlighten of the fact, I did receive one of the notifications, and the company has extended a $10.00 refund to my account and has reverted the price for me. I would like to apologize for not opening the 7-31-16 email. Now, that I have read the notification, and that is all I wanted to do when speaking with your representatives, I will be satisfied with how you want to handle the refund and the reverting of the price of my service. Thank you in advance for trying to work with me. Respectfully submitted, [redacted]
