Review: Staff is not aware of policies/procedures; Staff did not know how to perform a procedure;More importantly, I was billed for an EXTRA service that I was not aware was NOT part of the follow up visit; Inconsistencies in communications between staff member and myself.... I'm not one of those people who don't care WHAT offices bill my insurance as long as it's 'covered'. I CARE about WHAT they bill my insurance. This is why Medical Costs are so OUTRAGEOUS! Find a Dr. who will tell you that there is another charge in addition to what you are there for. Find a Dr. who will listen to concerns you have, not just have your office staff tell the patient, "Dr. [redacted] said he doesn't deal with complaints." There ARE Drs. out there who will do these things. There are Drs. who care...Desired Settlement: I do NOT want my Insurance OR myself to be billed the $170 that I/insurance am going to be billed for a service that I was not told there was going to be a charge for.
