Review: We ordered a granite counter top from these people. A couple of days before they were due to install it they called and said that the piece they had was not long enough to fit my space. They said they would have to seam it, but that it would not be noticeable. They installed the counter top and it is a gigantic mess. It looks like two pieces of rock shoved together. They sent a man out last night to sand and polish the seam. He was there for two hours. I had pieces of granite flying all over my house and he put a hole in the wall above my back splash. It is no better and can be seen from across the room. They now want to charge us another $300.00 to replace THEIR mistake! Thanksgiving is right around the corner and I feel like I am being held hostage and have no choice in the matter. Right now I have no working kitchen. My dishwasher and my sink are sitting disconnected while we try to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: I do not want to have to pay an extra $300.00
