Review: The owner of Pittsburgh Mirror & Glass, Inc. ([redacted]) came out and measured 2 cracked windows at my mother in laws house that we are putting on the market. He said he would order the glass and get back to me. The following week, his worker called to setup a time to replace the glass. I told him I would have my sister in law go over the house since no one currently lives at the residence. He told me he would be at the house around noon that Friday March 7th, 2014. My sister in law waited and waited. So I called him around 12:30 and asked him where he was. He informed me that his job took longer and that he would be there in a hour. So, my sister in law waited for another hour and a half with no call or worker showing up. When I called him again he stated he was still in Monroeville and would be there soon. After 2 hours of waiting I informed him that this is no way to run a business and I'd like to talk with the owner. He gave me the owner's cell number and I called [redacted]. When I talked to [redacted] I was pretty upset and told him this is no way to treat customers. My sister in law has been waiting for them for over 2 hours. He informed me "Don't tell me how to treat my customers". I said back this is no way to talk to a customer. He then told me "Maam don't tell me how to run my business. What did you make last year, I bet I made a heck of lot more than you"! I told him that I'm not paying for the glass and do not charge my account. He did charge my account $100 for the glass and I am protesting with my bank to get that money back. I have never been talked to like that and I would never recommed them for anything!Desired Settlement: I just want people to know how they treat customers. I'm working with my Visa company to get my money back.
