Review: I brought my 2005 Dodge stratus to this mechanic for the past 2 years for state inspections and all repairs. As a result of many issues with [redacted], I took my car to another repair shop to get more problems looked at, a month after he passed it for inspection. I was informed that I have several major mechanical problems with the car and that I should not be driving it like this because it is so unsafe. I was also told that the car should not have passed inspection for the past 2 years, but [redacted] passed it anyways. The list of things that are still wrong with the car include: front brakes, rear wheel bearing, and multiple suspensions issues. These problems are not new, they have existed and they were completely ignored. I was taken advantage of by someone I thought I could trust. All of the money I put into the car was for nothing, since the KBB value of the vehicle is less than the cost of all of theses repairs. I should have been informed of all of these safety issues and told that it is not worth fixing, saving me from stress, time and my hard earned money.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded for faulty repairs, faulty inspections and for causing potential harm from driving an unsafe vehicle.
Review: I took my truck to [redacted], who is the sole owner of Pittsburgh Propeller, based on a recommendation from my sister-in-law. He has had my truck, a 2000 Ford ranger, for 10 days , as of the time of this complaint, without any updates or phone calls. I just want to get my keys and bring it to someone who will fix it in a timely manner. Thank You, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I don't know how to answer this question , since this is the first time that I have ever done something like this .
