The issue relates to a signed sales agreement which required that *** *** (buyer), representing the aforementioned company) was required to give the closing attorney $hand money to be held in escrow until closing on the property This good faith money was required because of removing the property from the market At closing, when asked for the $hand money that was to have been given to him, he indicated that Ms*** never gave him the funds The attorney attempted for several weeks to contact Ms*** relative to these funds, but could not get an answer to his phone calls or emails I also attempted to contact Ms, *** to resolve the issue without success
The $was deducted from the selling price of the property but was never put in escrow
We are requesting that Ms*** submit the funds ($400) to the closing attorney for disbursement to the estate

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed
I am not aware of her conversations with Attorney [redacted] prior to closing. I can only relate to the signed sales agreement indicating that the $400 hand money was to be given the the closing attorney.  When asked Attorney [redacted] says that the funds were never given to him.  My last conversation with Attorney [redacted] indicates that he was unable to contact Ms. [redacted] through phone or e-mail in an effort to correct the error.  I also was unsuccessful in my attempts to contact Ms [redacted].  The remedy sought would be fulfillment of the sales agreement with providing the $400 that was originally to be given to the closing attorney.I will contact Attorney [redacted] tomorrow to see if he was able to contact Ms. [redacted].  Ms. [redacted] owes the estate $400.   Regards
