Review: My truck was left in the car of Pittsburgh Valet parking and their employee scratch and dent on the passenger side of it while parking my truck and now does not want to pay for the damage. After getting two estimates for the damage. The owner will not return any of my calls. The owner after many attempts of reaching him finally answered and gave me a bogus insurance name to report the incident too. He also gave me a lot of lies and said that the payment was in the mail then after resubmitting the estimates again he said that the estimate was too high and he did not want to pay that amount. This happen May 1st and he has been putting us off every since. I only have comprehensive insurance and don't feel I should have to pay to get my car fixed after his employee damaged it. H e told me he owns a lot of services so paying for my damage should not be a problem!Desired Settlement: Would like for the owner to pay for my damage to my truck and let others know to be aware. He has no sign with his information about insurance or license number

Review: I had my car valet at voodoo brewery on February 28th. When I left the establishment, the valet employee said he could not find my keys, after I gave him my stub he would find the keys with. The employee, a couple friends, and myself then began to look for the keys around the route he would of walked to get to the cars. We could not find them. The employee said he must of dropped them in another vehicle. Talked to a man named [redacted] who the employee said would handle all of this. [redacted] said he would do everything he could to fix this. He did nothing. I had to miss work, get keys to my car made, keys to my house and employers houses made. And some of my clients wanted their locks changed so I had to take care of that as well. Also I had to break out my back door window because I didn't have my keys. I had to have that repaired. Pete is not willing to pay me back for anything. He is now saying that he heard I found my keys, and he is not reimbursing me for anything. I am going to take this matter to court if I do not get paid back for their mistake.Desired Settlement: I want reimbursed for what I had to pay for, out of pocket, for the employee of Pittsburgh valet mistake.

Review: On 10/28 I attended a charity event for which Pittsburgh Valet provided valet service. I left at 8 p.m. (it was dark already), and the next morning in the sunlight I noticed that there was damage to my vehicle near the left rear wheel well. I contacted the event sponsor to get the name of the valet company, and on 10/30, they gave me the name of [redacted] at Pittsburgh Valet. I spoke with him by phone that day, and as requested, sent him pictures of the damage and a copy of the repair estimate. He said he would check with his employees and call me back. Since then, he has not returned repeated phone calls to his number at ###-###-#### or an e-mail to [redacted]. While I wouldn't be surprised if a valet company employee who didn't report damaging a vehicle didn't admit to it later, I am surprised that a business owner did not call back as promised and is not responding to repeated contact attempts.Desired Settlement: He should report the damage to his insurance company and pay for the vehicle repair.

Review: Pittsburgh Valet Parking is using my home address erroneously. We have nothing to do with Pittsburgh Valet Parking. We found our address listed online as associated with this company. If a disgruntled client comes to our address or in any manner approaches us, you will be held liable now that I have made you aware of this false address associated with this company. We have lived here 20 years and have absolutely no association with this company. Based on the number of complaints we get in the mail we are now concerned about customers coming to our home , as this address is published online associated with this company.Desired Settlement: Remove our address from your site. It is not the correct address for this company. If it is not removed within the next week, we will take legal action to protect our home from being a target of disgruntled customers.

Review: On February 5th a valet for Pgh Valet struck my car then proceeded to leave to scene to later return and provide me with business cards instead of insurance information and lincense. When we demanded the proper documentation the valet begins to duck and dodge us in what seems to be an attempt to blend in with the other valets. Police are called and a manager arrives who also has no license or insurance information to provide us. After several hours in the freezing cold the police provide us with a sheet of paper that has only a insurance brokers name and number a supposed policy number and a couple names of persons whom we have no idea of who they are. Both the valet, the manager and later the owner inform me that it was just an unfortunate accident please get estimates for them to resolve this issue only to later find they are changing stories and making up statements to try to avoid paying for their drivers negligence. The police and both estimators clearly stated that by where my car was hit it was obviously the valets fault yet Mr. N[redacted] the owner is looking for reasons to attempt to avoid paying for the damage done by his employee.Desired Settlement: I want Pgh Valet to pay the estimates off to repair the vehicles that their valet damaged. They also be mandated to make their drivers carry valid drivers license and insurance cards. A victim of their negligence shouldn't have to wait hours to get the information that all drivers are mandated to have.
