Review: The SEOSteelers or the Pittsburgh Web Design Firm stole $1,000 from me. I asked them multiple times if they can design a website for me and explained in detail on how I want it, I even sent them templates to make it easier. They agreed that they can do it with no problem and will have the site done within 5 days of payment. Almost 6 weeks later, I'm out $1,000 with no website.About 3 weeks in, they said they were having problems with the shopping cart and couldn't figure it out. I told them I wanted a refund and they said they will gladly refund the money but immediately after, they went unresponsive. They also promised I would get a UN and PW so I can edit the site myself but that was a lie. They haven't returned any of my phone calls or emails. I believe they are also in violation of copyright laws by using "SEOSteelers" as their name.Desired Settlement: I would like my $1,000 back so I can move on and use that money to hire a professional web designer.
