Pittsburgh Wedding Rentals

Review: I contracted [redacted] in August 2013, owner of a company called Fab Not Drab Chair Covers, to provide and install the chair covers for my wedding on 9/6/14. I signed the contract that was provided to me, paid a $175 deposit to [redacted] by check (which was cashed by [redacted], but never received the contract back signed by [redacted]. At some point after this time, [redacted] changed her company to Pittsburgh Wedding Rentals, and it became impossible to communicate with her. I attempted communication countless times by e-mails, phone calls, text messages, and she would not respond for weeks or months at a time. When she did respond, she would tell me that her bookkeeper was supposed to send me things (signed contract, pricing sheets, example pictures, etc.), but she never would. This continued for months, up until 6 weeks prior to my wedding date, at which point I had zero confidence that she would be a reliable vendor for my wedding day. I asked for her to either produce a copy of the signed contract for me, or return my $175 deposit. She failed to produce a copy of the contract, but said she would not return my deposit. I decided to find another vendor for my chair covers, as I had zero confidence in her as a vendor. I never heard from her again, she never followed up to ask for my final headcount, schedule the set up and delivery, collect the remaining balance, etc. She had no intention of doing business with me. I would like my $175 back as she did NOT hold up her end of this contract, if one even exists, as she never provided a signed copy to me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $175 deposit that I paid.

Review: Terri did our wedding chairs, table covers, and table runners, and photo booth. Our contract stated we would get a copy of the photo booth photos on disk, and we never received them. It has been almost 8 months, with multiple attempts to contact them. WE also sent back table runners that were left at the reception and she stated she would refund us the cost of sending them back. I never received the $10 in shipping costs back.Desired Settlement: I just want my photo booth pictures and my $10 for shipping back her table runners
