I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does NOT resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Due to the horrible customer service and my inability to reach ANYONE during office hours (from June 11th to the present) and due to your lack of responding to voice message in a timely fashion, and due to the fact that I was FORCED to REPURCHASE the lenses with another optical company, I no longer need lenses from youThe ONLY resolution that I will accept is a FULL REFUND of the cost of the lenses, plus the drilling fee, I also want a copy of the itemized receipt that Mike [redacted] failed to give me at the time of my purchase on 4/29/ Due to your facilities incompetence, I have been without proper Rx lenses since 4/29/when I first left them with you This is unacceptable If the lenses are mailed to me, I will return them to you unopened FULL REFUND OF THE COST OF THE LENSES IS THE ONLY RESOLUTION I WILL ACCEPT If it does not happen immediately, and Revdex.com route does not lead to refund, I will pursue legal action! Dear Doctor, We apologize for Mike ***'s poor customer serviceWe will mail out the Rx lenses we ordered for you to your home address along with a refund for the Drilling Fee per our last phone conversation prior to your trip out of the country I am out of the office through July 5th, but will send them to you when I return on July 6th Once again, we offer our apologies for this inconvenience Warm regards, Jeff Store Manager

Dear Dr., While we understand and apologize for Mike's lack of customer service, we are unable to accept your demands for a full refund. As per the signed copy of the credit card receipt, you agreed to the store policy of "No Refunds, Store Credit Only." Your lenses will remain available to you to pick up along with the credit for the drilling fee at your convenience
