We are saying that your driveway was overdue to be sealed. Most people seal their driveways 1-2 years after [redacted]. You chose to wait 5 years. First time sealer applications use significantly more sealer than jobs that have already been sealed. Waiting 5 years would cause it to use even more. Many people seal their driveways yearly (we do not recommend that) and often it is actually a good idea to seal a driveway 2 years in a row on new asphalt, depending on how it is wearing.
Your driveway looks fine, much better than the pictures you sent. We have looked at it multiple times. There is one area where the sealer is wearing more than the rest of the driveway. This is probably due to the conditions outlined above plus the fact that your driveway is very shady and relatively flat. This can also cause uneven wear.
There is nothing wrong with the job we did. We charged a fair price. We will not give you a refund or re-seal you driveway again.

Pittsford Paving : So now you are saying that my driveway was not in a condition to be sealed, but you did it and took my money anyway? Why was I not told of any potential issue or problem? [redacted] who did the repaving , told me NOT TO HAVE IT SEALED UNTIL IT WAS THE COLOR OF THE ROAD. I called you at that time-your office did not respond to my call for over a month- you likely have those records. Anyway, on the day the sealing was finally done, I phoned you and advised you I was concerned. You refused angrily to even come out a LOOK. I did not want to harm my excellent credit rating ,so I paid, but let you know how I felt about your attitude, and wrote "shame on you " on your invoice with my check, and had several neighbors listen to your abusive phone meassage. Reasonable ?? No driveway looks like this a year after sealing. Here are the photos again, which I emailed your your office and was never responded to. I am ok with either a full refund or a proper sealing of my driveway.
Me and my sister both bought trucks in June 2015 we both got $2800 in dealership services. (Full 3M, Carpet & Interior Protection, Exterior protection and god knows what else we bought the best ones!!). It's now Sept2016 and haven't received any services! They had no problem taking our money for the trucks($[redacted] & $[redacted]) but couldn't get back to us to take our trucks for services!. No one got back to us to sort this problem because the dealership did a complete overhaul of employees so no one took over where we left off. My sister has since moved out of province and my truck was stolen. All they can provide us is in shop services yet we paid them with money for the services! (Not to mention I msg'd one of the employees that helped me get my truck to tell them truck got stolen what to do and basically was told to take a hike... typical car salesman once they paid they don't care).
My sister has 100,000k warranty LOL... that in shop credit will be sitting there for many many many years not to mention half the service protections won't be affective/useful since it's been so long. My truck was stolen so no need for services but if I did have my truck I bought extended warranty and wouldn't need to use credit till 2020. - if they done this to me and my sister I wonder how many other are fighting for services to be done!.

Excellent job resurfacing my driveway with blacktop. Raised to level a sewer main, careful with sprinkler heads, and cleaned up afterwords.
This was a very good experience they did a great job we had a sidewalk put in a 26'x10' concrete pad install and our drive done
