[redacted] who did the repaving , told me NOT TO HAVE IT SEALED UNTIL IT WAS THE COLOR OF THE ROADI called you at that time-your office did not respond to my call for over a month- you likely have those recordsAnyway, on the day the sealing was finally done, I phoned you and advised you I was concernedYou refused angrily to even come out a LOOKI did not want to harm my excellent credit rating ,so I paid, but let you know how I felt about your attitude, and wrote "shame on you " on your invoice with my check, and had several neighbors listen to your abusive phone meassageReasonable ?? No driveway looks like this a year after sealingHere are the photos again, which I emailed your your office and was never responded toI am ok with either a full refund or a proper sealing of my driveway [redacted] [redacted]
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Me and my sister both bought trucks in June we both got $in dealership services(Full 3M, Carpet & Interior Protection, Exterior protection and god knows what else we bought the best ones!!)It's now Septand haven't received any services! They had no problem taking our money for the trucks($ [redacted] & $ [redacted] ) but couldn't get back to us to take our trucks for services!No one got back to us to sort this problem because the dealership did a complete overhaul of employees so no one took over where we left offMy sister has since moved out of province and my truck was stolenAll they can provide us is in shop services yet we paid them with money for the services! (Not to mention I msg'd one of the employees that helped me get my truck to tell them truck got stolen what to do and basically was told to take a hiketypical car salesman once they paid they don't care) My sister has 100,000k warranty LOLthat in shop credit will be sitting there for many many many years not to mention half the service protections won't be affective/useful since it's been so longMy truck was stolen so no need for services but if I did have my truck I bought extended warranty and wouldn't need to use credit till - if they done this to me and my sister I wonder how many other are fighting for services to be done! DO NOT GO TO COURTESY CHRYSLER ITS BEEN NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE SINCE BUYING THESE TRUCKS!!!!!!!!
This was a very good experience they did a great job we had a sidewalk put in a 26'x10' concrete pad install and our drive done
