customer list and phone numbers ONLY from KBJB. We did not assume any liabilities. All One Hour Franchises are independently owned and operated. This customers complaint is about something they purchased by the other company. Please close this case as the responsible party is no longer in business and this is not about anything we have done.

Sincerely, Mike For Revdex.com Review: I have spoken with the Customer and resolved the complaint I believe.  It became a series of mistakes after that and we actually had already refunded through her CC company the $500 on June 1st or prior to this complaint being submitted. You can see it in the attachment. She was fine, only frustrated that it had taken so long and she felt as though she was being disrespected when she made a call to my office. I have taken that up with that particular employee and we have written them up and retrained on how to interact with our customers. Please reach out to her to check to be sure we have taken care of everything that I told her I would do. I have not heard back from her so I believe she is satisfied with our conversation and the resolution. While I was on the phone with her she offered to stop the complaint. If it can be without being shown on the site that would be a great resolution from my perspective.  The Brewer One Hour company has prior complaints but they were from the prior owner as I purchased this company in July of 2014.  I plan on coming down to go over all of the setups for all of my companies with you guys face to face so I can be sure we have everything set up the way I should.
