mprove our service furtherI have reviewed *** *** *** account history. On December 26, *** *** had a gallon tank set for heating purposes. On this date, he signed a customer tank agreement. The tank agreement notes that *** *** must use a tank of propane a year. On this date in 2012, *** *** was provided gallons of propane in his tank. His next propane delivery was on July 26, for gallons of propane. Therefore, at that time he did not use a tank of propane within the year. However, we allowed him to forego another winter with our company providing he would use gallons of propane for the 2014-winter heating season. After completing our annual usage report in May, his account again showed no usage for the time frame noted. He has used gallons of propane in three years. It is also important to mention, that following his July delivery of gallons of propane, he incurred many finance charges as his invoice was not paid in full within days. His last payment from the July delivery was August 2015. A letter was forwarded to him on June 14, noting he did not use a tank of propane in a year and we asked him to contact our office regarding the issue. He contacted our office and spoke with our Operations Manager, who informed him the tank is a Pivotal Propane investment and in order to pay for the investment the consumer must use a tank of propane in a year. In order to keep costs down for the consumer, we do not charge any consumer any fees including rental fees, haz mat fees, mileage fees, low usage fees, etc. Also, *** *** was offered to purchase the tank and keep the propane he had; however, he refused the offer. *** *** was also informed he would receive a refund for the propane in his tank. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and disappointment; however, due to the above circumstances and company policy we will move forward with picking up the propane tank
