Hi ***,I hope this finds you wellMy name is *** *** and I am in charge of Customer Support for Pivotshare, Inca company that recently had a complaint (claim #***) filed against it from *** ***We provided proof that Mr*** was charged appropriately as he used a one-year free coupon to subscribe to the Monster Factory Pro Wrestling Channel that, at the time of subscribing, alerted him that he would be charged the rate if his subscription was not canceled before the end of the one-year periodHe failed to cancel the subscription to the Monster Factory Pro Wrestling Channel and so was appropriately charged. After receiving the complaint, we called Mr*** in an effort to explain why he was charged, but were not able to have a civil discussion and so were forced to end the callWe ended up refunding the charges just to end the matter and have attached the evidence to this emailPlease let us know what else is needed in order to close this matter without further issueThank you ahead of time for your work in helping us to resolve this and let us know if there is anything else you need from us.Best,

We received a voicemail on our customer support line laced with obscenities from [redacted]. When we called Mr. [redacted] back to try to clarify the charges he screamed more obscenities at us and we were forced to end the call when he became threatening.   Mr. [redacted] subscribed to the Monster Factory Pro Wrestling Channel using a 12-month free subscription coupon (MONSTERFACTORY1). When Mr. [redacted] subscribed to the channel (by entering his name, email address, credit card number, and CVV security code), the subscription page made it clear that if the subscription was not canceled before the end of the 12-month period, he would be charged. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
https://[redacted]  As you can see, this company has a reputation of hacking card numbers and charging people. As far as the way this "gentleman", and I use the term VERY loosely classified my call, I reject that completely out of hand. I was neither obscene or threatening, unless he considers that he was told in no uncertain terms by me that I was contacting the authorities threatening. Considering the poor reputation these people have I guess I would consider contacting the authorities a threat. Now fortunately for me I have canceled the card that was hacked so he can no longer steal from my bank. My bank is refunding the stolen money and I guess they will go after Pivotshare to obtain reimbursement.
