Review: Pixel and Pearls Portaiture was offering free photo sessions to newborn to week old babiesThere was a new photographer that needed extra practiceIn return, we would receive all edited images on a CDThis was in February 5, that the photo shoot took placeI have contacted her via phone and Facebook (as Facebook was the primary was she communicated with me)On the day of the shoot, she asked if I wanted the CD mailedI informed her yes and she asked that I message her my addressI messaged her that eveningOn 3/12/I inquired about our imagesShe replied on 3/13/that she wasn't sure I liked the images as she didn't get my address but just saw the message and would put them in mail that dayOn 4/2/I inquired that I had not received CD yet - she replied that it got put in the "pick up" pile, apologized and stated she would send it out priority mail on 4/3/and should receive it in one dayThat was the last communication I have had with herI have since sent messages on 4/5/14, 4/21/14, 5/24/(x3), 5/25/and 5/28/I have also left two voicemails on 5/24/and 5/29/No response backI was posting messages on her Facebook page to please contact me immediately concerning my sons images from February - she has since removed me access from her page and is deleting the postsTherefore, she has seen the messagesI have spoken to other people who have had similar complaints, but stated they had gotten their imagesThe photos were of my first born newborn photos - that is something that I will never be able to recreate or have againShe had posted a photo of my son on her page on February 8, stating she was "finishing up editing on this little guy"I commented on the photo stating I loved it and couldn't wait to see moreShe has since removed the photo of my son from her page.My next step will be legal actionAt this point, I just want to know what happen to our images.Thank you.Desired Settlement: I want the images of my son on the CD she promisedShe should also offer to print some images for the trouble we have gone through
