[redacted] of 2013 and explained to us the nature of their business as a website designer and they offered us to do a website optimization to our existing website and we have agreed on the price and they send us the following e-mail to explain what they will do to us and told us that this kind of optimization takes long time around 3 to 4 month to start to see the results of their work ;

On JUN [redacted] , 2013 we have paid them the third installment of $250 . which total of $750

After that we waited another 2 month , but nothing happened regarding this website optimization , then we started to call them to find out whats going on , but they ignored us and every time we call , they said we will ask the person in charge of your issue to call you , but they never did , and this happened more the 15 times , and in most cases when they see our phone number on their caller ID , they don't answer the phone .Desired Settlement: Gets our money back

Thank you for your complaint alerting us to the problem you have been having with us.

From the very beginning we told you that we can only improve website ranking to increase traffic but cannot guarantee that you will get the customers.

We also made you aware that you are not getting queries because your website is not mobile friendly and most of the traffic that you are getting on the website are form mobile. We gave you suggestion to develop a responsive website for better conversion and were even ready to develop 5 pages responsive website for free. You were not interested on our ideas and refused to listen anything.

As per our promises we followed all the procedures to improve your ranking like:

First of all , they are not telling the truth , because of the following :

They said it will take 3 to 4 month to see the results for our work ,

On MAR. [redacted] , 2013 , they charged our credit card $250.00 first installment payment .

On MAY [redacted] , 2013 , they charged our credit card $250.00 second installment .

On JUNE [redacted] , 2013 , they charged our credit card $250.00 third installment .

NOTE : Every time they need to charge a new installment payment , they used to call me to get a permission from me to charge our card !!

SO , to prove to you that these people cheated us : if these people are honest and conducting a real business , why they didn't call me to get authorization to charge our card for the fourth installment payment of $250 as agreed upon before , and as they used to do in the previous times , and this is since the last installment payment on JUNE [redacted], 2013 , till this moment ( more than 6 month ) , which proves what it seams like they are satisfied for what they got from us ( $750.00 ) as an easy money .

SECOND : Yes , they offered us the option of a new website for free ( they said that our existing website [ [redacted] ] is not a [redacted] friendly !!! , which is bogus , because we have dealt before with a respected companies offering the same kind of service , and none of them said a such thing .

Any ways , I agreed to the new website thing !!! , to see what they are going to do .

On around JUNE [redacted] , 2013 , they called me and said they are done with the new website ( [redacted] friendly !! ) as they describe it , and when I asked them to show me how it looks like ! Guess what I have found ?? !!! Just a poster ( 1 page ) showing a few skyscrapers with a car , our company name and phone number , that's it , nothing you can do with it , you CAN NOT make a reservation , you CAN NOT see our fleet , you CAN NOT see the services we provide , you CAN NOT request a quote , you CAN NOT fill an application to open an account , YOU CAN NOT DO NOTHING AT ALL ,

and this is comparing to our existing website ( the not [redacted] friendly website !!!! as they mentioned before ) .

Please , as a [redacted] to this issue , take a look to our existing website [redacted] to see the difference , and to find out what I am talking about .

Then , when I found this ( the poster ) , of course I said NO , then they told me : Okay , we will redesign another 4 or 5 different websites to choose from ! and I have replied Okay , will see .

THIRD , as of the [redacted] friendly website , during the same phone conversation on JUNE [redacted], 2013 , the person who called me offered me this [redacted] website thing , and said that they can establish a [redacted] app for our website , and this person said that this [redacted] app thing will cost me more money different than the money we agreed upon to the website optimization ( this a new way to get money as much as they can from us ) . Then , I replied : NO , NOT NOW , I WOULD RATHER WAIT AND SEE WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE WEBSITE OPTIMIZATION THING FIRST , then will decide later about this app thing .

After they charged our credit card for the third installment payment of $250.00 , I have tried many many many times to call them , but no hope at all , some times when they see our phone number on their caller ID , they don't answer . When I call in another day from a privet number , they answer the phone , but they don't connect me to the person I need to speak to , and many times they tell me : okay , the person who is taking care of your issue will call you , but nobody never did , and this is happened many many times .

That is why I decided to contact the Revdex.com to try to solve this problem , specially when I have informed from a friend of mine about 3 weeks ago that he had similar problem with this pixel design . And it seams like this is a new way for this Pixel Design to steal , swindle , **nument and deceptive .
