I order a product (canvas print) from Pixoto on 11/27/On their website after I submitted the order it says it will take to days to processAs of today if I click on the order it says it has not been processed yetBy this coming Monday it will be two weeks and they still have not processed my orderI already paid for it and it cleared my bankI have not received the product I orderedThey never communicated to me about why its being delayedI emailed them and the only response I get is that they will email it the photo shop and the photo shop will contact meI have not heard anything back from them eitherI would like my product that I ordered and paid for

The issue is when there is a sale of original photos or photo art there is supposed to be a commission paid to the poster I have been posting such since 3-29-and have received any sort of payment I understand there are wait times before payment is issued I understand there is an automatic payment that is supposed to be made upon reaching a set minimum of $ I understand that upon request, before the minimum is reached, payment would be made My first request for payment was prior to August 21, upon meeting all of their requirements I also request it again on 8/30/2017, 9/28/2017, 10/26/ The person who responds to me always says, "Hi Jacqueline,
I'm really sorry about the delayI asked again that your payment is sent."
As of today, 1/13/2018, payment has not been received
