I am rejecting this response because:
I have read the answe and disagree with it because I was only happy with the color it turned out to be - but not the bleach and damage I had after never asked for, the condition of my hair is burned and frazzled sallys looked at it for me there wasnt any slandering the saloni just called and said that I had done some checking around to find that bleach and a dryer dont go well together when I learned what was done to my hair cause of the condition afteri had no color on my hair whn came and other salon and sallys said that your hair could have only got burned cause of the bleach and dryer-- it didnt seem to be on low when I was underi have scalp damage and plan to see a dermotologist for the injuries as I have dermattitis and cant use my teatment now cause im trating the problems on my scapl and cant use the tratment I usually do now so I might pursue an attorney if neededi let the beautician know I have a very sensative scalp it was her job to see what was there and know how to pursue but now I have to cut my hair very short to rid of the damage

numerous false statements.  This is the second time I have done her hair.  The day of the service I had a very lengthy consultation with her about exactly what I planned on using on her hair and what the outcome would be.  This is the second time I foiled her hair and she wanted it lighter this time so I explained to her very clearly that I would have to use a bleach lightener to achieve that amount of lift.  She was absolutely aware of what I was using in the foils.  She was placed under a lukewarm dryer to process because we had our air conditioner running that day and it was chilly in the salon.  The dryer was on a low setting only to process the foils at a regular room temperature.  She expressed that she was happy with her hair and it was exactly what she wanted.  It was no way damaged at all.  The next I spoke with her was when she called me on the phone to tell me that her scalp was itchy and she thought it was from the color.  I explained to her that the color never touches the scalp when it is foiled and that most likely the shampoo or conditioner I used could have caused some irritation to her scalp.  She told me again that she really liked her hair and we hung up.  I then spoke with the owner of the salon who told me [redacted] called her and told her a completely different story.  The owner knew what she was saying was false because she was in the salon when I was foiling [redacted] hair.  We had a similar situation the fist time I foiled her hair about eight months prior.  We had a very lengthy consultation at that time as well.  She decided against what I had suggested and only had me make it a little lighter.  She then proceeded to call the salon back multiple times saying she wanted me to redo her hair at no charge.  I told her I did exactly what she wanted and I could make it lighter but I would have to charge her.  I hesitated to take her appointment this last time, but after she apologized for the first time and said she should have taken my suggestions I figured I would take take the appointment.  I did exactly what she asked for and she was informed at all times what I was putting on her hair.  After two different appointments with problems we believe are in the effort to receive free services, the owner called her to inform her we would no longer book appointments from her.  I do not believe she deserves a refund and in fact is herself being slanderous about my work and her experience at the salon.RespectfullyLori T.Sent from my iPhone

Revdex.com received the following business response to consumers rejection below: From: Lori T.Date: Mon, Jun 5, 2017 at 6:11 PMSubject: ID[redacted]To: [redacted]In response to the last statement from [redacted] which again contains may falsehoods.  I will address first the issue of her saying she had no other color on her hair.  This is completely untrue.  The first time I foiled her hair she wanted the hi lights to lighted the top of her hair so it would blend with the ends.  She explained to me that she had had it hi lighted in the past and that the salon that hi lighted it had damaged it.  She had at least eight inches of previously colored hair on the ends.  I only trimmed a very little bit of her hair at that appointment so just about all of that old color remained on her hair.  When she came in for this last appointment she told me she didn't want me to cut her hair at all so all of that old colored hair still remained.  I even suggested cutting some off because she said she had not cut it since the last appointment with me seven months ago.  That could explain some of the damaged hair she says she has.  Her hair is very long so the hair at the ends is probably about three years old, as most hair grows six inches a year, again with old color on it.  I only foiled and applied color to her new growth and did not apply any color to the ends that were already lightened.  She insisted I not cut off any of her hair.  Again, the foils I put in did not cause any damage.  Next, for her to say I damaged her scalp is also completely untrue.  The process of foiling the hair consists of weaving out small pieces of hair, laying the hair on top of a foil, painting the color or lightener on, and then sealing the foil.  During this process no product ever comes in contact with the scalp.  When she called me the day after she was in the salon she simply told me she had a very itchy scalp.  I tried to explain to her that the only product I used that would have had direct contact with the scalp is shampoo and sometimes people can have mild allergic reactions to any hair products.  I find it very odd that now she has dermatitis and a damaged scalp.  As far as asking an employee at Sally's Beauty Supply to look at your hair or scalp seems odd since they are not a dermatologist or a licensed cosmetologist.  There is no requirement to have any training, schooling, or a license to work there.  I know what her hair looked like when she left, as well as the owner, because she was there that night as well. I have no control over what happens to someone's hair after they leave, what they are using in it or how they are caring for it.  I especially wanted to address these two issues because what she is claiming is even more slanderous than her last statement.  Now saying that I have caused her some kind of dermatological issue.  As a stylist with twenty one years experience, I do my best to make sure my work is up to the standard I would hold for my own hair.  I did exactly that on this appointment.RespectfullyLori T.Sent from my iPad
