Review: I ordered Pizza, docci bits, and hot wings in a combo order that cast $28.07. When we got the order it was missing the hot wings, and we had a double order of docci bits. I called the company 2 min after their driver had left to ask them to please deliver the wings. I was offered a discount on my next order but they did not want bring me what I ordered. I told them than they ether brought out the wings or I was going to cancel my order, he than got extremely rude telling me how he was going to have to call his driver at home and have him deliver them. He than made a smart comment that I did not understand because this guy could barley speak English, and than he hug up the phone. The driver was really sorry. I asked him if that was the owner, and he said yes. I said well he is a real [redacted] and the driver said he was sorry and he gets this complaint all the time.Desired Settlement: I think that I should get a refund for the owner being rude and not fulfilling the order correctly.

I would like to start off by acknowledging that I take full responsibility for the initial mix up and incorrect order in our delivery to Mr.[redacted]. As evidenced by our reviews on our [redacted]!, we definitely pride ourselves on our customer service and in the rare event that there is an error, we do our very best to address it in a manner that results in the retention of our customers and their satisfaction. It is never our intent to come across as rude or disrespectful to any of our customers, incorrect order or not. Again, in my seven years of ownership, there have been minimal isolated incidents that have resulted in a dissatisfied customer. A quick look at our [redacted]! page shows that there are many customers who point out the above and beyond service of not just myself, the owner, but also our other employees. In regards to this specific complaint and the series of events, I am taken aback by Mr.[redacted]'s account of the incident. I will agree that the order was incorrect and that Mr.[redacted] did in fact receive two orders of bocci bits with his Mega Deal rather than an order of wings and an order of bocci bits as it should have been. Upon receiving Mr.[redacted]'s phone call of the incorrect order, I initially offered him a replacement order of wings on his next order and that he could obviously keep the extra order of bocci bits. My normal course of action would be to send out a replacement order for the error immediately, but considering it was a Friday night and my employee who made the delivery was set to be off already, I attempted to reconcile with Mr.[redacted] by offering him the wings on his next order. Mr.[redacted] was very adamant about receiving the wings immediately and raised his tone of voice in doing so and in response to this I told him I would send my driver back out to correct the order. I admit to attempting to explain the situation to Mr.[redacted], but not once did I insult him or take a rude tone with him. I am offended at the fact that Mr.[redacted] has attacked me personally by using an obscenity and called my English into question when again, not a single account or review of my business mentions this. In my humble opinion, I did what any business owner would and should do, I admitted to and corrected the mistake. It is 100% Mr.[redacted]'s right not to order from us again, but I cannot refund him the $28.07 for his order. The reason for this being that not only did we correct the error, but he received an extra bocci bits order ($4.99) in addition to his original order. Despite this, Mr.[redacted] still felt the need to even take this to the Revdex.com and attempt to not only slander my business, but me personally. Please contact me if you have any further questions regarding this matter as I would like to get it resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is UN-satisfactory to me, but the is nothing the Revdex.com can really do. This guy is rude and his business was still open for another 45 min so he had plenty of time to have them picked up and re delivered. It is not my problem and I do not care if his employees were off, sick or on vacation. If you order something you should get the order. I will never return to this company and I do not care if he was offended by me taking this issue to the Revdex.com. I will stick with Pizza Hut who sent out the driver with no question and was not rude to me for wanting what I payed for. His loss. Also if I could I would hang up on him like he hung up on me. I was not rude or talking badly about his poor English I was pointing out the fact that it was hard to understand him because it was not clear. Do not contact me for any reason on this matter. Thanks
