Review: I placed an order with Pizza Bomonti on November 3rd. The order was completely wrong and I asked them to credit my account and come pick up there food. They offered a $3 dollar coupon towards my next order which I declined. They then stated that they would grant me a free order the next time which I accepted. I called two weeks later to find out that there was no record of the free order and was told that I'd need to talk with the manager. I called Monday to only miss him and then Tuesday to go round and round with him. They once again stated that they would take $3 dollars off which I declined stating that wasn't what I agreed to. The owner then got involved only to tell me to get the [redacted] out of his store, which then followed by verbal threats by the owner. He stated that he [redacted] bigger people than me and didn't know who I was[redacted] with. After several words exchanged he called the Police. While we waited for them to come he then threatened to hit me with a two by four which he had under the counter, stating he was going to kick my [redacted]. The police came and stated that I'd need to file with the local magistrate. I'm filing with you because he's obviously a threat to society and shouldn't be allowed to be in business. I was provoked into something that should've gotten very ugly. Thankfully I'm a bigger person and didn't allow his verbal assault to get the best of me. I've also been told that this is an ongoing thing with him and I'm not the first person that he's done this to.Desired Settlement: I want my $30 dollars back that I spent not to mention the time away from my job that I'm spending typing all of this instead of working. I would love to see you take the sign off the building and shut him down.Respectfully yours, [redacted]

At Pizza bomonti, our main goal is to provide excellent service to our valuable

customers. Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] case did not work pleasant and our policy is;

if a customer is not satisfied with our food, we would need to see our products in order to

determne the exact problem. For that reason, we do need to see our product and resolve

the problem in that time.

We do offer full or partial refund in order to exchange our food; however,

occasionally we do offer credit to our customers and we have a credit list for that reason.

We do not have any record of issuing a credit to Mr. [redacted] and none of my employees

remember such an incident.

He came to our store and started yelling and threatening us, which we have

recorded on our surveilance camera. We had to call the police to remove him from the

premises. He even threatened me in front of the police officers.

Review: Yes on Feb 21st 2015 at 4:11 pm we put a food order into Pizza Bomonti located in [redacted], Pa. I ordered a large cheese pizza and a steak calazone. When I ordered they said it should take between 45 minutes to an hour. I was fine with that. So I paid the order with my debit card. At 5:30 I called to check the status of our food, because no its been an hour and nineteen minutes. When I called she stated the driver left about 10 minutes ago. She also said she appreciated me being so nice with it being a delay. So I got off the phone, and was looking out the window waiting for the driver. It was then 5:58 pm food hasn't arrived so I called back to make sure the driver wasn't lost or there wasn't a problem. When I called they had a nasty attitude said they tried calling my phone 3 times. I have phone records that I was never called. So then told them that its been an hour and 50 minutes, and I did not want to have cold food, and that I have already prepaid for it on my visa card. She told me theres nothing they can do deal with it. So I asked for the manager, and she said she was the manager. Then hung up on me. Then my husband called them back, and asked if we could just have a refund since we still didn't have our product and we didn't want cold food because it was almost 2 hours since we ordered it. She started to get very nasty on the phone. Kept hanging up and then he called back once again. And she stated " Your not get a [redacted] refund". My husband then said "are you going to let me talk" and she said " Are you going to stopping [redacted] talking". Then hung up. So at 6:05pm [redacted] came up on my caller id which was the deliver driver and said his way. So when he got to the house I was telling him the experience on the phone and I told him she stated she was the manager. He stated " she is definitely not the manager, the owner will be in tomorrow morning" He was very apologetic but definitely agreed with how we were treated was wrong, He said he was going to give our number to the manager and owner to call us back. When we took the food in the house it was freezing cold, so we had to reheat all the food again for our 2 small children.Desired Settlement: What we want from this is an apology. You should definitely not talk to customers in that tone, and especially not swearing at them. That is very uncalled for. I was nice every single time I called. There was no reason to act like that. And for her to lie and say she was the manager when she wasn't. I honestly don't think she should have a job for lying, swearing, and hanging up. I work with patients, and some of them aren't the nicest, but we are not aloud to act like that at all. I definitely want a refund as well. For the simple fact the way we were treated, and recieving our food over 2 hours later that was freezing cold. It was horrible service, and horrible experience.
