Pizza Chateau

My first time at this corner store and it will be my last. A sibling and I went to redeem some lotto scratch offs and were shorted by $4. The guy decided to pick me out mentioning “I looked mean as hell and he didn’t care if I ever came back in his store”. I hadn’t even spoke to the man, we were just making sure we had our ducks in a row after being shorted. I didn’t display any demeanor that I don’t normally display and I hadn’t made much eye contact with him at all during this less than 10 minute visit. His slurs, lack of respect for a customer, and untrained behavior because he felt some type of way about an expression he felt I gave off, although I hadn’t spoken any words, was all internal and had nothing to do with me. He totally jumped the gun and my sibling thought he was playing at first until she had to reattempt to assure him we were good several times while trying to figure things out. Just messy business and this location won’t be getting anymore of mine. It’s crazy how many people chimed in to share there experiences about this very location. I can’t believe it’s okay to treat people that keep your store open like this. Very unsatisfied first time customer.
