On Saturday November 1st around 11am we received a call from a female looking for her boyfriend's credit card that had been left the evening before, in the same call she also ordered Penne with Vodka Sauce She was informed that the cardholder would have to be the one to pick up the card and must have an IDWhen he arrived to pick up the card and food he also purchased a shot of [redacted] tequila for $and asked not to let his girlfriend know he did if she calledIt was his credit card, he was of age, and he did not appear to be intoxicated so we had no reason not to serve himHe then tipped the bartender $for her silenceLater that evening the girlfriend called to dispute the charge insisting that we over charged the card, not knowing he did the shotIt was not her card and we were asked by the cardholder not to discuss the purchase with his girlfriend, and we did notThis whole situation is not a mistake on our part but dishonesty on theirs

When he arrived to pick up the card and food he also purchased a shot of [redacted] tequila for $8.25 and asked not to let his girlfriend know he did if she called. It was his credit card, he was of age, and he did not appear to be intoxicated so we had no reason not to serve him. He then tipped the bartender $2 for her silence.
Later that evening the girlfriend called to dispute the charge insisting that we over charged the card, not knowing he did the shot. It was not her card and we were asked by the cardholder not to discuss the purchase with his girlfriend, and we did not.
This whole situation is not a mistake on our part but dishonesty on theirs.

My name is Alfredo I answer the phone and took an order of this person who ordered penne in vodka sauce which is penne with a vodka rose sauce which cost $9.99. If you would of ordered penne alla vodka its the same sauce as the penne vodka but has peas & prosciutto in it which cost $11.99. With thIs phone call her stating that her boyfriend left hiss credit card here from the night before she ordered penne vodka sauce so that’s what I made. if she said alla vodka I would of made alla vodka, BUT who was wrong did she say the wrong thing DID I misheard her who knows. The fact is she wasn’t charger for alla vodka she was charged for vodka sauce. 
Normally when a customer has a problem with there order they call right away not 6 hours later. We been serving the valley for over 40 years now and we always do right if its our mistake, but from what this whole complaint is which party is right or wrong but needless to say no one was over charged.
So Joshua Comita if you would like a refund for $9.99 you can come in ask for Alfredo & I will refund your money!

Review: Ordered Penne Ala Vodka, received Penne with Vodka sauce, a completely different thing, and was charged for Penne Ala Vodka(more expensive). This was Saturday the 1st at 11 am. Katina answered my call at 5 pm, was so unbelievably rude, and asked me why am I calling at 5, "what do you want me to do about it?" um your job Katina, your job.Desired Settlement: I would have been fine with a side of the sauce I ordered, until I called. I have never dealt with someone so rude. I have the whole tin of the pasta, untouched. The was no bread, and I was over charged. I want my money back, you can have your food, its not what I wanted. I could have called the next day if I wanted to, it doesn't change the fact that the order was wrong and I was over charged. Im not going to stop my life to return pasta "in a timely fashion"
