Dear J[redacted],My name is [redacted], I’m manager at Pizza Fiesta. I took this customer’s order my self over the phone. April ordered food on November 6, 2014 around 6pm. When she placed the order she didn’t mentioned it will be paid by credit card and when the driver got there she said that...

it's paid over the phone already. When driver arrived I called her to get her card numbers and she was very rude, racial and mean to me, but end give the card numbers. Then she called back after 1 hour and started complain that she didn't like the food. After all this argument she had with me I’m sure she just called back to get credit for next order. I'm the one who actually has to complain about her for racial discrimination. Pizza Fiesta serving downtown aria for aver 10 years and never had any complains to Revdex.com or any other places.Sincerely,[redacted]

It looks like this is a multi sided issue: 1) [redacted] doesn’t think we completed the service on the furnace 2) that we did not fix a drain line that this first time customer accuses...

our technician of breaking. 3) she refused to pay the full amount due to coupon price of $60.00

First the service completion: Our technician, Jeff S., did the following service details on the customers existing Byant furnace:
Checked the thermostat (changed customer supplied batteries), blower & wheel, ignitor, exhaust flue, drains, ports, humidifier pad and air filter. Air filter did not need changed at this time and noting that it is a $30.00 air filter (which we carry & stock) we would have been happy to sell the customer one or two of these if it was needed. He also cleaned the flame sensor of oxidation.

Secondly, as noted and explained to customer, our technician noticed that an orifice was missing on the humidifier and that a drain from the A/C was not installed correctly. The pvc drain line is not “broke”, but does look to be a long existing issue, possibly from the time of original (not King’s) installation. At no time would our technician be “banging” on a furnace during a routine service. Probably what she heard was Jeff reinstalling the metal door to the unit which has 4 tight pocket door clips that take a quick “strike” or push to connect properly. The customers claim that he broke the drain is something we strongly dispute.

Lastly, we do run a special in the fall on a clean & check of the furnace for $60.00. There are a few stipulations or restrictions printed on the coupon. We can not predict or print every instance of possibilities, but repairs needed are NOT included in that price. That is stated on the coupon face. Fixing an incorrectly installed drain would definitely fall outside of that price and would have been billed at our normal, hourly rate of $78.00 per hour plus material. The time spent getting to the job and back is also something that is charged as part of the labor. Some companies charge a “trip fee” or “service charge” to cover that cost. If that was not conveyed to the customer at the time of the initial request, that is our fault.

What will do:    Offer to refund the entire amount that the customer paid, which was $65.00, in effect providing a FREE furnace service on 10/16/15.

We will not:   Fix a faulty drain that was not installed by our company for free and we feel that we are unable to satisfy this customer in this regard now or any future date.

Review: I ordered a meal from PIZZA FIESTA Smithfield Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on November 6, 2014 at 7:45 p.m. The manager of this establishment called my office telling me I didnt give him my credit card number, which I did. If I didnt give my credit card number, the order would not have been put through. The man was rude and combative. He threatened me that he was going to call my employer in the morning telling them that I was mean and rude to him. He also went on to say that he recorded our telephone conversation. If he did, he did so without my consent or knowledge. The meal, by the way, was uneatable. I will NOT be threatened by any means.I don't know what his name is. Frankly, I couldn't understand a word he said as he didn't speak coherently. I can't find the Registered Agent for this restaurant on Pennsylvania State Corporation Commission website.Desired Settlement: I want the cost of the meal, $16.89 which I have in the refrigerator (untouched) and $18.00 on top of that for my time that I had to expend writing this and other State Agencies regarding this issue.
