Review: I am writing this letter to bring to your attention that I purchased a pizza on July 29, 2016 that was sloppy and incorrect.

On July 29, 2016, around 6:39 P.M, I ordered a pizza from your company and found several problems with my order. For example, my pizza was sloppy and not correct. When I usually order my pizza from your company, it is accurate, but on this day, they made it fast and was rushing on it. Similarly, when the representative was taking my order, it seems like he was flirting with me instead of taking my order. I feel like it was inappropriate for the representative to flirt with me. Likewise, I feel like as a customer, I shouldn't be treated like this. I was unsatisfied with the customer service that the company provided me on that day, I am requesting that the supervisor addresses this issue with immediate attention.

In addition, I had to throw my pizza away that day because it was too sloppy and incorrect. Correspondingly, on that same day, I spoke with the supervisor who was the representative that initially took my order. He spoke to me aggressively with a loud tone in his voice after I asked the supervisor if next time I come to Pizza Guy, would it be possible to acquire a free pizza because they messed it up and he said, “No.” I feel like you company confused me because the last time I came here and had a similar issue, I spoke with the supervisor and he said that the next time I come in, I can get a free pizza with no problem. I always come to your company and purchase pizza from you guys without any issues.Desired Settlement: As a compensation for all these problems, I feel like that I should acquire my money back.

Review: I'm directing this complaint to the corporate headquarters of Pizza Guys, which is not either of the 2 Pizza Guys I'll be mentioning here:

On January 15 I ordered 2 large pizzas for $33.38 using the online store locator on the Pizza Guys website, which is the way I always order awesome pizza through them. I used my full home address and selected the Pizza Guys on [redacted]. 30 minutes later I receive a call from Pizza Guys #113 in [redacted]. They tell me the order was accidentally processed through their location, and that this happens quite a bit from [redacted], for an unknown reason. She says a manager will refund me tomorrow, and that I need to reorder.

I reorder immediately at 5:44, I pay another $30.61, and get an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes. It's rush hour, so I expect it to be over an hour. 2 hours pass and I call the shop, who say it will be there in twenty. Another hour passes and they finally show up at 8:45! They're cold and don't taste good.

I check my bank account a week later and find that Pizza Guys in California have not refunded me yet. I give the manager a call, who tells me the order in there system was cancelled out and I should have been refunded. After I repeatedly assure him I'm definitely not refunded, he says he'll get me a refund by contacting corporate.

After having not heard from him a few days later, I call CA Pizza Guys and reach an employee. They tell me to leave my number and the manager will call me shortly. I never get called back.

Another week passes and still no refund. It's now February 6th, approaching a month since being told I would be refunded. The manager tells me to call back Monday and speak to the owner for a refund. I ask if the corporate office would be better for this, he says yes and gives me the [redacted] address. Enough is enough.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded $70. This would cover the cost of both pizzas, as well as the $4 I tipped the delivery guy.
