Pizza Guys

On August 7th me and my son ordered a pizza around 9pm. After being told it would only take 15 min we ended up waiting 15 min over time time we were quoted. Nothing new for this location. No big deal. When arriving home the pizza seemed as if it was sitting for a while and not fresh. I called and spoke to the representative that answered and he told me that I could come back and get a new one. It was to late so he said that he would put me down for a pizza next time I came. On August 27th we called to get our pizza the manger was rude and continued to cut me off and told me there was no record of our pizza that we were told we could get for free. I asked for the corporate number he gave it to me the hung up. On August 28th I called the corporate office and talked to a representative that answered and explained the situation he said he would forward it off. Today the 29th I decided to call the store to see the progress and the manager said he needed to call the area manager. He placed me on hold and after 5 min came back on the line and said that the area manger said that they have no proof that I called in and they can't just make me a free pizza. My issue at this point is if I called your corporate office and filed a complaint why you as the area manager wouldn't call me back? 2. I don't have to lie over a 14 dollar pizza and now at this point it's the principal. I have been going to this pizza guys since the late 90's and rarely have any issues. If a company says they are going to do something they should own up to there part of the deal. You can see that I brought the pizza so clearly there is a record of me getting it. I don't like being called a lier!
