I order pizza on Friday it was Friday the 1st on of May. We've ordered every Friday for the past couple months never had any problems the only problem we've had is the price going up and down every time we ordered the same thing it got cheaper than a get more expensive than I mean it was crazy and this past Friday when we order a pizza and didn't have everything we normally I have on the pizza we are missing the the ham and it was cold now is that from $16 from the Friday before it jumped from $16 to $24 well when I called the manager told me she was making it up and have it sent out. I waited over an hour. I called back and then she tells me she didn't say that That I had to come in and bring old pizza and she would replace it. Well we already paid delivery fee and had no car that's why we had it delivered. But she got an. Attitude at me said she wasn't going to help us.
Verbal response:
I apologize for the delayed response. Our standard policy is to request the customer bring the pizza back to the store. If that would have been done then we would have remade the pizza for the customer.

okay when I had the pizza delivered but one thing it wasn't made Harley the way I wanted it at all I've repeated myself three times to them how I wanted it I paid a delivery fee I called every Friday to deliver cuz I had no vehicle at the time when I call the first time she got a little rude with me and said that she'll have another one made for me and sent out well then I waited an hour I called her back she got rude and basically giggled and said that she never said that when I have two other witnesses that said she did all I wanted was what I ordered in the first place and for her to giggle and kind of laugh at me was unprofessional especially when I've done called every Friday in order pizza from them and prices but up and down every Friday it was a different price
