This is the second time that I've had problems with this business. The first time it took 2 hours and my pizza still hadn't been delivered. This time it was over an hour and I called to find out that they cancelled the order because the delivery man said that he could not get in and he called my call box. I left specific instructions but did not receive a call from my call box. Mitchell the so called manager was very nonchalant. Not the type for this position.

Refund I would like the full amount for $18.10 credited back to my account as it was supposed to be because the manager Mitchell told me that it was canceled and the money will go back to my card that is theft.I do have people here that will vouch that that pizza had never reached our home.
