Pizza Hut

We went to Pizza Hut and ordered the kids meal. The menu clearly stated kids meal and that the meal came with a drink. So, I asked the gentleman what came with the Kid's meal and he said just a pizza. I asked him them what makes it a meal. Then I pointed the the item on the menu that stated pizza and a kids drink. He gave me the drink. A woman, who I didn't know was the manager at the time, began talking loud to the young man telling him that the drink didn't come with the pizza. He looked confused. She was talking loud so that we could hear her. I asked her what was the problem. She stated the drink was separate and the drink only came with the meal of ordered in the restaurant. I told her that was not specified on the menu. She started talking loud and said it doesn't have to be on the menu. I said if you hand me a menu to order from a md I order that item then it should specify innstore only. At first I told her then we will sit down. Then she kept talking about the issue and I said just give me my money back. She goes to register and print a receipt and went to the back of the store to call someone. I found out later she didn't know how to issue a refund to a card. She was rude, unprofessional and lack the intelligence to be a manager of a restaurant. I asked the man who was at the counter who was the manager and he stated that she was the manager (to my surprise!) she stayed in the back approximately 10 minutes. Then she comes back and I ask her how much longer was it going to be. She asked me WHAT? I said really that's how you answer a customer. I had my phone out and asked if I was recording and I said this is my phone but to answer your question no. She tells the person on the phone I will just call the police because she's recording me and that's against the law.
