We are so very sorry for the mthat occurred with our guestWhen she came in we were unable to accommodate the services due to being booked The young lady that checked her in did apologize and refunded her money on her gift card As soon as one of our customer service managers arrived that day the guest was called and apologized to again We appreciate this guest letting us know what happened with her

I have been in business for years, never have I fired a customer, until nowIf a customer so much as says"my pizza was wrong" we replace itBut when a customer raises his voice to my employee of years, I take issueWhen I called him the next day, I was not happy about how my employee was treatedHe then raised his voice to me after I told him he was not welcome at Pizza KingOh one other thing, this "Christian" marine told me to "stick my pizzas up my as." I consider this matter closed

The said customer's behavior and demeanor from the moment he entered Pizza King was out of controlPizza King's policy for an unsatisfied customer is to confirm a purchase was madeI was unable to confirm his purchaseThe customer did not show or display any proof of purchase.Additionally, due to the fact that we do not keep register tape journals for an extended period of time, again, no evidence of purchase was attainableHe informed me he purchased two pizza's "one month ago" that were marked incorrectly and he immediately demanded two free 10" pizzasI attempted to explain Pizza King's policy to him, but he chose not to listen to meHe requested the bosses telephone numberI am not allowed to surrender the bosses telephone number and once again, I stated that to him alsoThen, I suggested to him to write down his name and telephone numberAcknowledging one's hostile and boisterous demands by exhibiting out-of-control behavior is unwelcomed and unwarranted at Pizza KingTherefore, the owner's decision still standsthis person is not allowed or welcomed to enter Pizza King due to his disruptive and uncontrollable behaviorPizza King

Clearly this is word against word and is not getting resolvedSince it doesn't appear the *** would like to take advantage of the free water analysis, the final offer from S.JEATON will be to take a 10% discount off of the billThe bill without filter is $113.35, 10% is $11.33, making the invoice $plus the filters $16.28, total due is $118.30.S.JEaton thanks the *** for their previous patron-ship but we will no longer be working for themIf the invoice $is not paid by November 1, it will be turned in for collectionThank you,AmandaS.JEaton Plumbing and Heating

MrE*** Installed the whole line going to the well tank line.He Installed the pipe that had the pin holds in itWhich was the black top of the circled in red that had the pin holds and was installed on 12-23-2014........the bottom piece had to be replaced coming from the well tank on 8-3-along with the top piece that had the pin hold pipe that was installed on 12-23-2014Because the plumber said that this line shoud have been installed with the UV-Light

Is it the Christian thing to have your employee lie about our conversation and how it went while I was thereYou did not replace the two pizzas that were labeled wrongIs that the way to handle a complaint issue when someone brings an error to your attentionI'll stand by what I said to your employee who is lyingNeither my wife nor I raised our voice to herWhen we tried to discuss it with her she kept interrupting me and would not offer a solutionThat is when we asked for the owners phone who I thought would offer a solution but instead accused me of making an out of order scene which is not the caseAt this point I do not see how Pizza King will have the character to replace the pizzasI will not risk spending any more money there because I do not believe they have moral business beliefsI deserve more respect from the ownership and it is obvious that he has not served his country honorably by not conducting a business that serves his customers morally

on a UV Light systemThe *** provided
us with a water analysis showing
they had already had a water test done and had bacteria in the waterWe used
the water analysis given by the *** to send Estimate# *** for the
installation of a *** *** ** *** system in the amount of $dated
12/23/The scope of work was to install the *** *** UV Light system
along with a Whole House FilterThe *** *** UV Light comes with a
year warranty on the light itselfThe *** wanted to proceed with the
installation of the UV systemAfter jumping through many hoops so the ***
could get approved for a “*** HELP Energy Efficiency Loan Improvements”
loan we were able to proceed with the installationWe installed a *** *** UV Light system on 1/9/We received payment for the UV Light
system installation on 2/4/from *** *** *** Agency for the ***
On 2/18/we were
called again by the *** because they had no waterThe technicians went out
and replaced the 1/2HP Submersible well pump and restored the water to the
houseThe *** paid cash that day
On Saturday 8/1/
*** called and said a pipe was leaking at the UV LightMary called her back
and told her if we came out on Saturday she would be charged the weekend rates
which are $Service Call and $per hour and if she waited until
Monday she would be charged regular rates which are $Service Call and
$per hour*** decided to wait until MondayDave was out first thing
in the morning on Monday 8/3/He found that the pipe prior to the UV Light
system had a pin whole leak in itHe told the *** and proceeded to repair
the leak, re-piping as needed*** also said she wanted whole house filters,
Dave left there
Invoice# *** was sent
out on 8/12/for the work done on 8/3/*** called on 8/18/and
talked to Amanda saying she wanted to talk about the invoiceMary, being
co-owner of S.JEaton handles any and all billing issues, called *** back on
8/19/after talking with DaveDave believes the pin whole leak in the pipe
came from acid in the water, as it is very common and we see this issue a lot
Mary tried to explain this to *** many times and finally after being very
frustrated, hung up on *** called back and talked to Mary again a few
minutes later*** insisted we should have known she had acid water, and we should
have done something to prevent this from happeningMary explained to her that
we had not preformed a water analysis, that one was provided for us and only
showed they had bacteriaA full water analysis showing hardness, pH,
alkalinity, chlorides, TDS, iron, turbidity, sulphates and iron algae’s was
never given to usShe then insisted on having MrE*** call herMrSteve
E*** (co-owner) was not the technician on site on 8/3/2015, and does not
handle any billing issues; therefore he did not call *** thought she
should not receive any bill for the repair that was doneThe year ***
warranty covers only the UV Light itself, no piping to or from the systemThe
repairs that were completed on 8/3/were to the piping before the UV Light System and
were not installed at the time of the UV Light install on 1/9/The total
due for the repairs done on 8/3/is $and $for the whole

My wife was with meNeither of us were out of controlThey are lying which is surprising to me that they would go to the extent of making up stories for $worth of pizzaThe proper response would have been right for them to replace the pizzas instead of lying about my behaviorIf $is worth more to them then my future businessthen their character is in question, not mine. I am a year old Marine who served my country honorably and do not need to handle my business in a manner that is not an example of Christian behavior

We are currently contacting this gentleman to refund his gift card We started our no refund policy of gift cards last year We have been very thorough about letting guests know that they are not refundable and have stated this on our receipts since that timeWe do book out very far in
advance for massage but can generally get people in within a months time if they are willing to go on a wait list Yes we currently do not have a nail tech and I am not sure we will be getting one anytime soon this is why we specifically sell gift cards for dollar amounts only They do not have services written on themThey are sold for monetary amounts and not services Again we have not had a nail tech since last summer and have shared that with guests I am not sure what happened during his transaction So he will be refunded for his purchase

I asked multiple times for a refund and was told they could not or would not refund the money on the gift card. I finally was able to schedule an appointment. Then two days later they respond to the Revdex.com that they can refund my money. What a coincidence of that timely message. I think they waited until I had used the gift card and then advised they would be happy to refund my money. I will never do business with this establishment again and will spread the word about what a horrid experience I had all the way around!!

I just put in my 3rd order to Blank Media. So far my Cd's are great quality. The shipping is super fast. I used regular shipping and somehow I got them the next day. My tip to you is to order 101 disks, rather than the default of 100 because the price goes down quite a bit after you order over 100.
