Dear Ms [redacted] :We received a copy of the complaint against Pizza Mia on 1/17/16, ID # [redacted] and would like to respond as follows:We tried to explain to MrCustomer that there was a contest with someone winning a $Gift Card There was also a Steelers Playoff Special for everyone, but he wouldn't listen! Our BRAND NEW EMPLOYEE, PATRICK C., at first, did not understand about the Contest and Special, and told MrCustomer the $was a contest winner price only, but another employee stepped in and tried to explain about both Our employees felt MrCustomer was intoxicated and, therefore, would not listen to reasonWe did the best we could to appease him, but to no avail A relative later (the next day) contacted us on Facebook and we explained the situation to her and she aologized in a private message to our Facebook page for MrCustomer's actions We are sending the customers a Gift Certificate today for the entire order that they placed on 1/17/ We always try to make every customer happy, but sometimes we just can't no matter what we do!If you need any further explanation from us, please let us knowcc: owners and managers Thanks, Vicki Vicki Gillette, Office AsstPizza Mia!NSpring StreetBellefonte PA [email protected]

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI have attached a screenshot of the actual ad. I know what they are claiming, but the ad does not reflect what they say. They obviously received enough complaints that they have us confused with another customer. The fact is they misled customers to get the order and then charged full price when they came to pick up. My wife was not intoxicated and that claim only takes us further away from any kind of agreement. Furthermore they, have made no offer of any refund
