And it was under sap dripping/limb dropping cottonwood treesMy roof is so filthy and messy nowWhen the spot I wanted was vacant, I asked for it; the manager, Barbara, lied to me and said that someone was coming in days and staying long termCampers have been in and out of that spot the last days; she lied to meShe has lied to me several times about various thingsI know this because I already know the facts and the answers before I asked her questions about certain thingsThen my neighbor in site #banged on my door and screamed at me in a drunken rage at in the morning one night because he felt that I was using part of HIS site that HE was paying EXTRA for to park his third vehicle in, his giant diesel Ford truckThen one quiet afternoon, ---, the maintenance manager came banging on my door and called me an eyesore! He didn't like the materials I had been collecting and storing under my trailer to use to landscape my site, like my neighbors, and building a shabby-chic but temporary and easily removable wooden skirt (basically just free standing fence pieces around my trailer)I got it on video; it's absolutely furaging at me! Then he served me with a day quit or get-out notice; so I had to immediately forfeit and give away about $1,in lumber, paint and materials!
Then came the lies about not being able to move to the spot I wanted from -------, the office managerInstead, I was forced to move to another site between to grumpy old men in ancient fifth wheel unitsWell, surprise, ---- in space -- started screaming at me in a drunken, belligerent rampage yesterday because I tossed some fruit pits and spoiled nectarines into the wild, open field across the fence behind meDeer come and eat out of the fieldI was fun to watchBirds frequent the wild field and entertain my catBut I had to call 911! No managers and no owners would answer phones or respond to voice mail messagesAnd with the riff-raff the new managers are letting camp her now, this place is becoming a dangerous mobile home park!
I could go on and on with examples that I have been documenting along with pictures and videoI'm screwed because I don't own a truck to tow my fifth wheelI am disabled and live on a fixed incomeI cannot afford to paand get the ---- out of this dumpNow I know why this place was so cheapNO ONE WORKS HERE!
If you stay here, you are expected to mow your grass, trim your weeds, etcYou are not allowed to have ANYTHING outside except a grill, a rug, OUTDOOR furniture and bicyclesYOU ARE NOT allowed to store anything outside in containers, etc unless you put it under your trailer with a management approved skirtOMGPLEASE FOLKS...stay awayworn othersI had been parked next door to ----, so I can tell you he is 100% spot on in his review, too! It's horrible hereI'm miserable nowI feel trapped inside my trailerAnd on top of that, after all the gay slurs yesterday, apparently only straight, white folks are welcome hereespecially if they smoke and like to get drunkMost of the long-term are oil/fracking workers and a few tenants are senior, retired peopleThis place has gone directly into the toilet since the new owner took over on May 1stThe owner bought this park with insurance settlement from Riverside RV Park down the road that was hit by the October floodSame issues at Riverside, I'm afraidThe laundry machines are ancient but cheapThe cable, LOL, may or may not work, if you want to call it cableYou do get HBO and HBObut that's it for entertainmentWiFiWhat a jokeImagine using your smart devices on difrom and that's exactly how miserable and frustrating it is to use the WiFi hereGood luck finding a managerThey are always busy doing stuff for themselves versus working for the parkThe office manager spent an entire day out in the front lawn picking up dog poop with a pooper scooperAs if anyone gives cents about the front lawnEverything you can't see from the road is over-grown and run-downDon't ask for anything extra or any special permissions, that'll cost you extraunless you are one of their personal buddies, then you can do whatever you want to do from moving your living room outside to skirting your RV with duct tape and blue tarps!
