Pizza Pizza Reviews (2)

I will never do business with them again and advise others to stay clear of this business They are NEVER wrong and they DO NOT make mistakes They are right and you are wrong even when you provide the paid in full receipt that shows you provided them with the correct information They do not know how to speak to customers in a professional mannerI reached out several times in emails to the owners and they wouldn't respond You are left to deal with an individual who has a horrible attitude and only knows how to belittle othersI advise anyone that is considering doing business with them, to go somewhere else

Terrible customer service & unethical business practices are a few key issues to say the least. If I could rate a 0 stars out of a 10, I would. In late November 2015, I brought my vehicle to this location to have my car "re-tinted" in order to pass inspection for 2016. I was charged over $400 the first time to have my car tint stripped and re-tinted "all the way around" with legal tint including the rear windshield. Fast forward to November 2016, my car fails inspection due to 15% "illegal tint" on the back windshield. This is the same tint that was "purchased" just under a year ago from Trucker's Toy Store so I could avoid this very issue.

I drove to Trucker's Toy store and spoke with an associate, who immediately checked and his tint meter read "20-21%" for the back windshield, but the car was in direct sunlight. He immediately stated, "we do not sell illegal tint, so that can't be ours", but after showing him the receipt indicating the tint was done at this store, he "checked" and says: "it appears the original tint was never stripped since the defrost lines are intact; as when tint is stripped, you lose defrost lines & there's no indication of that here". So if I paid over $400 for a complete tint-service to be done, I would expect in good faith that it was done. The associate stated that the "one tint specialist guy" who does window tinting couldn't have made any mistakes such as putting on the wrong tint on my back window.

This business location has a very terrible and inefficient method of record keeping/documentation, because the associate could only find my information from an old calendar/memo book that had handwritten appointments in them, from a drawer in their back room. Although he found I had an appointment and the vehicle I had, he stated there was "no documentation as to what was done that day", other than my appointment and car info. In addition, he stated at the time, there was only "one person" who knew how to and was conducting all window tinting for customer cars, but he was unavailable. He stated he could set me up for a future appointment to have the one person who does tint, look at the back windshield to confirm maybe he applied the wrong tint, but because he's worked with several cars, he wouldn't remember what happened since the re-tinting was done in November 2015.

Fast forward, I received a call/voicemail about 5 days later, stating that miraculously, the person that tinted my car somehow "remembers me" and that I had "requested to not have the back window re-tinted due to the chance to losing defrost lines in the back window and to have it retinted, would be $225+". That's ridiculous and 100% inaccurate, considering that was the whole reason I was there in the first place and paid to have the service done, that included re-tinting the back window to have legal tint to PASS INSPECTION.[redacted] is very strict on tint as of late.

Furthermore, if a customer does "reject" a service as such before working on the car, why would you still charge that person $260+ on the receipt just for the back window stripping/re-tinting, as stating this was done? Why would a customer knowingly "pay" for a service they did not want done to begin with?

I cannot afford to "repay" for a mistake done by them, but was charged anyway for. If they dropped the ball once already, why would I trust them to not do the same again. Even with a receipt indicating clear documentation of a service that I paid for that was not done properly, this place will still deny any wrong doing.

As a result of the voicemail and the previous responses/actions, I feel they've failed to uphold & maintain the integrity they represent. I will be sure, to steer clear of this company in [redacted] or any affiliates of Trucker Toy Store, going forward in the future. Any family/friends/ and car forums I'm actively on, etc., I will recommend they steer clear of this place and find another location to have their window tinting, in fact, any service/product done from this location. To any prospecting customers, save your time and money by looking else where
