This about complaint with ID/ [redacted] we are not saved keny information about custmor in our system for processing the cridet card for this customer in [redacted] he did not have cridet card and ID we are respict the customer we ask hem to show the ID and cridet card he say no we tall him we void the amount is $and he call back we tall him this our bank mostly time the go back after hour

hi custmoer this money you have to ask cridet card account and for my side when I do void $ it mens is not go for my bank account so $ when the customer he call back im tell him that so!!! you have to call the cridit card about this I send copy for void transaction you have understand
