I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The original pizza was delivered with an item on it that I specifically asked not to be on there because my guest is allergic to mushrooms so there was no way to eat the pizzaI called and they offered me only a percent discount on my next order Well, what about this order? What am I to do with a pizza I cannot eat? So I asked just simply send me the pizza I ordered and paid for When they finally did send the pizza, the pizza was not edibleIt apparently had been flipped, turned upside down and was a mess thrown in a box, looked deliberate to me and my guest. I am enclosing the pictures of the pizza I received The delivery person took the original pizza What he did with it is out of my hands There was NO dessert with the pizza and furthermore I was never offered a dessert As for rush hour, it was between and at night and it is not my fault that pizza seven sent the wrong pizza to begin with That is on Pizza Seven to ensure they make the correct pizza that is ordered By the time my second pizza arrived, Pizza Seven was closed I even drove up there as they were not answering their phone Hence, I had to call the next day after I got off work to deal with this That is when I asked for the refund I did not receive an edible pizza that night I ended up eating *** ** *** *** at one in the morning after three hours of trying to deal with Pizza Seven I was NEVER offered a third replacement pizzaAll I wanted was a refund for something I didn't getI am extremely disappointed in Pizza Seven and their response to my request for a refund when I never received the product in not only a timely manner, but not even edible Maybe they need to look at either management, or the people they hire, something is very wrong with this company

Pizza Seven does sincerely apologize for this customer's dissatisfaction, but does reserve the right to keep the funds charged for our services and product given reasons reiterated below:
-The customer did not report a disatisfaction with the second pizza until over an hour after delivery and as she stated did not ask for a refund until the following day. Furthermore neither the first or second pizzas were returned to the store
Pizza Seven is willing to offer this customer 50% off a future purchase and a complementary dessert for this case and again apologies for any inconvenience

In regards to [redacted] dispute filed on [redacted], we are final in our decision to not grant a refund in the amount of $18.18 in our reasonable account of the case explained below.
The customer called on a [redacted] evening and ordered a large gourmet pizza with specific...

toppings. The first pizza was in fact delivered with a single wrong topping. After we profusely apologized for the inconvenience in delivering a product with a wrong topping, the customer agreed to receive a replacement. We proceeded to send the customer a fresh new pizza at no addtional cost with the correct toppings requested. We also sent the customer a complementary dessert. After the customer recieved the second pizza she proceeded to complain with a description of the pizza's appearance unlike the one we sent out from our store. We again began by apologizing for her disatisfaction and offered to send a third pizza and discount for her next purchase. The customer declined our offer and requested a refund.
 The initial pizza delivered was replaced by a new item of equal value at no additional cost to the customer.
The customer did not call the store to complain about the second item until an hour after delivery.
The first pizza was not returned to the store with the delivery driver.
The second delivery was sent during a rush hour and caused delays in other deliveries in addition to costs to send a driver a second time.
The customer received a complementary dessert and a prompt replacement item.
The customer was offered a discount and a third replacement pizza which she declined.
 We appreciate the Revdex.com of Houston contacting us in regards to this customer's case. We consider customer satisfaction to the highest regard and strive to deliver the best product each and every time a customer orders from Pizza Seven.
