Pizza Villa

In August I was on vacation the weeks that this happened My waitress should have informed Miss [redacted] that When I did return the paper that had her phone number and name was either misplaced or accidentally thrown away, unfortunately I'm not happy about this ,but it does happen I was told if she did give her number one of the other times they didn't write it down because they felt they already had it I informed the waitress if she was to all back after talking to my delivery driver I felt that we actually did our part, the food was made and my driver was at the location that she gave usWhere he was delivering is a large plant and after the run around going to different areas and talking to security guards no one knew who this person was that the delivery was to go to My driver was at the location for over minutes and he even called Miss ***, more than once asking for more details and requesting a cell phone number to call the gentleman so he could come and get the orderMiss [redacted] informed him that she was in Milwaukee and that because the gentleman was on a work release from a jail or prison he wasn't allowed a phoneI feel by my driver calling her showed we were doing our best to deliver the order After that he left the order with the last security guard with instructions if they found him to give him his order because he had other orders to deliverWe at Pizza Villa feel we did everything in our power to try to make the delivery but we also make things right with the customerI understand that Miss [redacted] felt that her business was not important and I apologize for the fact that I wasn't able to talk to her because all customers are importantI feel bad that I couldn't return her call, I was hoping she'd call back and I gave instructions to tell her that we'd refund the food which was $and felt charging for the delivery which is $ because it was to Jefferson,the next town, and tip was fair for the driver I needed a name, phone number and credit card number to credit her accountIn regards to Miss ***'s comment of not answering our phone Miss [redacted] has never been to our small Pizza place we have waitress, pizza maker and driver Wednesdays & Thursdays and lines so sometimes if the waitress is busy or on the other line a call can be missed, 90% of our business is delivery or customer pick up and ordered by phone Our regular customers know if that happens give a few minutes and call back which when Miss [redacted] did her call was answeredAgain , we want to make this right but Miss [redacted] also has to understand that we made the order and tried to deliver at the address that was given.Thank You, ***

Miss [redacted] informed him that she was in Milwaukee and  that because the  gentleman was on a work release from a jail or prison he wasn't allowed a phone. I feel by my driver calling her showed we were doing our best to deliver the order.  After that he left the order with the last security guard with instructions if they found him to give him his order because he had other orders to deliver. We at Pizza Villa feel we did everything in our power to try to make the delivery but we also make things right with the customer. I feel bad that I couldn't return her call, I was hoping she'd call back and I gave instructions  to tell her that we'd refund the food which was $7.75 and felt charging for the delivery which is $5.00  because it was to Jefferson,the next town, and tip was fair for the driver.  I needed a name, phone number and credit card number to credit her account. In regards to Miss [redacted]'s comment of not answering our phone Miss [redacted] has never been to our small Pizza place we have 1 waitress, 1 pizza maker and 1 driver Wednesdays & Thursdays and 2 lines so sometimes if the waitress is busy or on the other line a call can be missed, 90% of our business is delivery or customer pick up and ordered by phone.  Our regular customers know if that happens give a few minutes and call back which when Miss [redacted] did her call was answered. Again , we want to make this right but Miss [redacted] also has to understand that we made the order and tried to deliver at the address that was given.Thank You, [redacted]
