I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The roses that I had requested be removedi - not "cut back to base" - were a yellow Welcome Home rose at the end of my porch It was cut back to base and a ruined Perfume Delight in the same flower bed as the Queen Elizabeth rose which was destroyed The Perfume Delight was left standing untouche seeing td It was seeing that which drew my attention to the absence of the only liiving rose bush I had had

Ms*** was given an estimate to complete $of yard work and $for mowingMowing was to continue every two weeks thereafterWe were delayed numerous times by rainThe former clients yard was extremely overgrown both with weeds and low hanging tree branchesThe only mention of
city code was the mowingThe former client became very agitated with an employee while receiving payment and started screaming about the rose bush in question.The client was given her money backI never offered to buy 25+ plantsI stated in an email that we never accepted payment($as we finished earlier than anticipated so never charged the full amount) What I did say was that since we didnt't accept payment she could use that money to buy more plantsI looked up the plant at *** *** and was offered for $The former client also states the rose was completely destroyed yet also states its already growing new shoots?Ms*** began posting untrue statements on our Facebook page and had to be blockedMs*** paid for no services and now asks that we also purchase over $worth of plants? I find this completely unreasonable
