Review: I ordered this product on January 4, 2014. it is now April 19, 2014. And I have yet to receive my product. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks. I have a file of emails from him promising to get me my wringer (product) now he has changed his email and phone number (still has the same webaddress) He's taken the payment but failed to provide the product and now will no longer return emails or phone calls. At this point He has scammed us which is a criminal act. If not fixed I will most likely call the police department in his town and file a criminal complaint and start that process. Which is most likely what needs to be done since I have heard of others running into this same problem. I would much rather have the good quality product in my hands but it that is not possible then I would like my money back. which was $54.95 USD. I have a pile of emails and email attempts including one where he submits to me the copy of the receipt. If you want those to aid in investigation I will provide those to you. My wife [redacted] is helping me with all of this as well.Desired Settlement: I would prefer to have the good quality product in hand. but if that's not possible then I would like a refund.

Review: On Oct 18, 2013, I made an online purchase from the seller for items related to humane processing of rabbits for meat. Total purchase was 139.90. He promised 4 weeks shipping. I purchased the items through [redacted], which has a good policy for dealing with disputes. I did not know what their deadline for filing disputes was, though.

On Nov 27, the seller sent an email to me, alleging that he was behind in orders, and promising it within 2-3 weeks. I was ok with that time frame.

What I failed to realize was that it was within 5 days of the deadline for filing a dispute with [redacted]. Furthermore, his promised delivery in 2-3 weeks was the deadline for filing a dispute for non-delivery of item with my bank.

By the time I followed up a week after the new deadline, it was too late to file a dispute. Have spent some time since the first of the year trying to find contact info, emailing and texting questions, and demands for either the product, or my money, which were ignored.

Two weeks ago, I found his Facebook page, and launched a complaint there. Within hours, I received an email from him, alleging confusion with another person, and promising delivery within another 2 weeks. Was skeptacle, but have waited.

Not items, no replies to emails. I purchased a Rabbit/Poultry Wringer and a Butcher Station.

Have since discovered that his FB page no longer allows others to post their complaints on it, and my previous complaint was removed.

Feel that it is doubtful that I can get my money back at this time, but would like to rain as much discomfort upon him as is legally possible to persuade him to return my money, in addition to warning other prospective customers of his perfidy. Apparently a lot of other really unhappy customers on various FB pages of people raising their own food.Desired Settlement: Money refunded through [redacted], or some other medium of exchange that will not bounce, or subject me to possible credit card fraud.

If not possible, enough bad publicity to make others aware so they may avoid victimization.

Review: On August 15, I ordered and paid for a [redacted] Wringer and Butcher Station for a total amount of $127.85. I have received multiple promise dated beginning in October, after repeated attempts to contact **. [redacted]. Currently, he has refused to acknowledge text messages, voicemails and emails, answering emails only via an automatic response that promises to get back with clients after January 1.

He does not answer communications and refuses to provide the product.Desired Settlement: Either the products I ordered to be sent immediately with a tracking number, or a full refund to my [redacted] account.

Review: placed an order, statement says will ship in one week, company never responded to phone calls and voice mails, posted on a facebook group asking if anyone else had the same issue, several people had paid for items that had never been shipped and had been told to wait. The products are not delivered and he doens't have them in stock.Desired Settlement: I want the product I purchased not a refund.
