I have no idea what a 'possible good will gesture' means when I have already been told by Kent and the supplier that they would do nothing for me. If a 'possible good will gesture' means they would supply me with a new shed, then I would definitely not be interested, as the quality of the product I already had was so poor, that I would not want another.
With regards to keeping the roof of the shed shoveled off - this just proves how poorly designed the shed was. [redacted] I have never seen anyone having to shovel the snow off the roof of their shed. [redacted]

We would like to offer the customer a full refund on the shed purchase price of 399.99 plus tax of 52.00. We hope the customer finds this agreeable. We would require a receipt or verification of purchase to process the refund.

I find this resolution agreeable, but I would like to point out this in no way covers my losses with respect to this shed. I spent another $300 in labour having this shed assembled, plus another $100 in labour after the fact, to have it taken down and brought to a dump. [redacted]
