First of all I am really sorry for not addressing this issue, one of my family member passed away so I have to go overseas times in short period of timeThe reason for the delay in this matter was I already called merchant service and told them what happened they still have not got back to me,
but meanwhile I like to refund this $which was charged accidently by usI just need the info how the customer wants this money back cash or by checkmy cell is *** feel free to call me thanks

I do not have a problem working this out, the problem I have is that I have been hearing this same thing for months & I had given my card number, expdate & code on the backWith no further contact after more weeks I was forced to shut down my card & become very inconvenienced for daysI think at this point there needs to be a time limitAfter the refund has been made I will gladly report soThanks
