Review: Hired [redacted] of Reggina Eurotech HVAC to fix my ductless Fujitsu multi-zone system. He spoke to Fujitsu Tech who told hime to run a voltage check on both the compressor and the fan motor. He refused. He blamed problem on spliced wires. Fujitsu said that may not be the cause, told him to check voltage which eh refused but ordered a mother board instead. Charged me double the cost of the board, plus his labor. Motherboard died in 2 days. Repeated calls to have him come back and replace while under warranty went unanswered. Had to have a Fujitsu Tech come in and they told me he wired the system wrong, the mother board is no longer under warranty so need to buy another one. Their tech feels [redacted] didn't know how to check the voltage and knew that he was not competent for the job so he never returned. Had to pay another electrician as well. Never got an apology and my system is still under repairs! [redacted] and his father are thieves. They don't know what they are doing and steal your money.Desired Settlement: My contract was agreed, signed and paid in full for the job costing me $1,850. I would like my money back. I am a senior citizen living on SS benefit alone. This is horrible!
