Pj's Flowers & Gifts Inc. Reviews (3)

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
At this point, I would not recommend this business to anyone.  The story he tells is partially true.  Many of the details are flat out lies which further proves my point of their unprofessionalism.  I do live in California. I did not claim to be a resident.  I did not ask for an early delivery because I was coming in from out of town.
Nevertheless, this is one flower shop that I would never do business with or recommend to anyone.  Yes, mistakes do happen, but placing an order a week in advance and paying upfront showed  that I initially had good faith that this business would handle their business professionally.  Instead of calling themselves PJ's it should be called PU. I have nothing further to say about this business.
Regards,

Regards,

To whom it may concern:

[redacted] says she lives in California but gave us an address in Irving Texas and claimed to live there when placing the order. She called the shop in regards to an order she had placed and asked for delivery within the hour which we were not able to do based on time...

constraints. [redacted] and I e-mailed her a notice that we had refunded her credit card which would leave a zero balance.

20 minutes later she and another person arrived at the store and asked us to create a floral Lei as well as dozen roses wrapped in paper which we were able to do for her. I gave them directions to the venue to ensure they would not be late for the graduation that was starting in 30 minutes. We did apologize and even made a petite corsage and boutonniere for her and her companion at no charge, letting her know that was our way of saying we were sorry for the error on our part. She even took the time to show us pictures of her granddaughter before she left. We said we would put the charge on the card she had used before. When we attempted to run the transaction the card was declined for multiple days. The card was not declined on March 18th so we processed the transaction.

She called a few days later asking for a refund because she had to keep "looking at her credit card statement". My opinion is that the charge in question caused her account to become over drafted. If she would have stated that fact, we as a courtesy would have refunded the overdraft amount. However she felt she was due a partial refund because there was a charge, a credit and then another charge to her account. As a business person I find that ridiculous. [redacted] once again pointed out that we provided  a corsage and boutonniere, we sell both items for $35, as our way of saying we were sorry for the error in the order date which caused the issue to begin with.

Mistakes do happen. But for her to think our error means she should receive $135.00 worth of products for free is not something that we as a business agree with. She got a free corsage and boutonniere. At the time she picked up the products that was enough for her, but after the fact she wants something for free.
